This letter verifies that Giulianna Rau is a Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI®) with the Infusion Nurses Certification Corporation (INCC). Giulianna Rau holds an active CRNI® credential, which is current through December 31, 2020. Giulianna Rau passed the initial exam in October 2005.
To obtain this designation, an RN must pass a comprehensive national certification examination and document a minimum of 1,600 hours of clinical infusion therapy practice. The CRNI® examination tests on the following core content areas in infusion therapy: technology and clinical applications, fluid and electrolyte therapy, pharmacology, infection prevention, special populations, transfusion therapy, antineoplastic/biologic therapy, parenteral nutrition, and performance improvement.
Recertification by examination or continuing education follows every three-years thereafter, should the candidate choose to apply.
The CRNI® credential is the ONLY nationally recognized and accredited certification for infusion nurses.
